Our management team will manage the construction contract between the client and the building contractor. Our appointment of contract administrator can include for the requirement of pre-contract services. This can be tailored to suit the client’s requirement but will include the following activities:


  • Contract method or procurement
  • Advise on the choice of building contract
  • Calculation of liquidated damages
  • Obtain copies of pre-commencement phase documentation


  • Administer the terms and conditions of the contract
  • Chair all site progress meetings
  • Periodically inspect the works
  • Issue instructions under the contract
  • Determine applications for extensions of times
  • Certify and approve interim payments to contractor
  • Confirm the date of completion
  • Agree the final account

  • Administer and manage contract through to making good defects certification
