An architect-designed residential development
of 12 homes built for Lincolnshire Rural
Housing Association consisting of several
sustainable measures, including:
• Communal biomass boiler to provide all of
the homes’ space heating requirements
• Solar thermal panel to provide most of
the water heating with back up from the
biomass boiler if required
• Buildings are made from a responsiblysourced, structurally insulated panel
system
• A sustainable urban drainage system
has been employed to deal with all of the
surface water run-off requirements
• All homes meet all 16 of the Lifetime
Homes requirements
