Alterations to an existing single storey retail unit to form a new Gant ‘Outlet’ Store. The store consists of a retail sales floor to the front of the unit whilst the stock room, staff office and welfare accommodation is to the rear of the unit. The works comprise of strip out existing retail area fixtures and fittings, refurbish retail sales area, refurbish floor, test and re-commission existing mechanical and electrical systems.
